Collaboration of plot

A joint venture service in which ORANGE BRIQ will construct your home at its own expense in the exchange of newly built floor or floors. (as per the mutual agreement)

Home Addition/Restoration

In this service ORANGE BRIQ offers a single quote for complete home renovation which homeowners are seeking.

Total area of construction is calculated & finalized as per the government approved FAR.

A mutual agreement related to project delivery timing, guarantee of our services & and every minor aspect related to project & service is made between the Customer & Orange Briq

Site map and drawings is finalized and send for government approvals

Front elevation & Interior designs are made as per the customer taste.

Once all approvals are done (generally takes a week or two) Construction begins.

For updates, monthly or sometimes weekly meeting is scheduled with client.

On final stage of construction, customer is invited for inspection check of the house.

Construction is done and a peaceful possession is handed over to the customer.
